Holidays 2018

The Gaus Family:
Hello family!!
A lot has happened this year, as you all already know! Josh and I are getting married in September, having a baby girl in April! And bought a house in Mayfield Heights!!! Here are some pictures of the house and my pregnancy!! Still have a lot to do to the house! But are putting it off till after wedding! Miss you all!!!

Shiggy and Janice are getting use to sun and warmth on Thanksgiving day...we spent the last week of November in San Diego again with the DeMaster’s and had a wonderful time!
Christmas was small this year, only 16 for dinner - we missed all who could not make it!!!
As you can see my office assistant is still with me on a weekly basis and says she loves the boss!!
And last, but certainly not least, welcome to our third grandchild...Margot Ann DeMaster. I’m in ‘somewhat’ warm San Diego as we blog, meeting Margot and helping out the DeMaster’s.
Love, Janice & Shiggy

The DeMasters: Margot Ann DeMaster born at 4:10am in the wee hours of Saturday morning on Dec. 29th. at home!! Big brother J.R. slept through the entire thing. She came super quick and we still can’t believe it’s a girl!! It feels like she has been here all along... the three of us, are so in love with her already.

The Reust's had a fun Thanksgiving and Christmas season. The 2nd Annual Zweigart Cookie baking day went well this year, and neighbors and Zara employees loved our homemade cookies. Vanessa was honored (#forced) to do the "Famous" Christmas Centerpieces on C.J.'s dinner table. By using Pinterest and C.J.'s excessive Christmas decor they turned out really great with the help of Elijah's wood making skills for the boxes. Surprisingly C.J. wasn't too bossy during the entire process. Vanessa was honored with baking Alisha's gender reveal cake and was just as surprised as everyone else that it was a GIRL (Elijah did center frosting!). Christmas was enjoyable and quiet this year with lots of people missing at the table but we are looking forward to a noisy one next year with 12+ kids possibly! And of course I became an aunt again with Margot Ann, she is adorable and I can't wait to meet her in March when I visit Jessica, Pete and J.R. in San Diego. We love having more girls to the clan. Here is to a new year!

Harrisons spent Christmas in FL and had a blast!! We’re in the midst of basketball season for the boys and Brian is getting ready to kick off his 9th season at BW. Harper continues to love gymnastics and has moved up to the next level.

Mario and Jane has a busy holiday season. We hosted Thanksgiving with 18 of us (missed those not here), had a few Christmas parties with friends and spent Christmas Eve with Zweigart’s and O’Donnell’s and Christmas Day with two dinners-a light one at Mario’s sister’s and a big one at Zweigart’s. Low key New Year’s Eve with friends and headed into the new year hoping for a mild winter.

The Young Pavias
Holiday season was low key for The Young Pavias (just like we like it). We had Thanksgiving with Mama Jane and Papa Mario and we got to hang out with The Kentucky Pavias, The Harrisons, The Davises and The O'Donnells. For Christmas, we celebrated the eve at the comfort of our home (in our jammies) with Shadow. Shadow spent his first Christmas with us and he has been the bestest good boy ever. He didn't knock down any Chrismas decorations and he was content with his fake fireplace present and a simple chewing toy. We spent the Christmas day with both The Pavias and The Chimeras. We were very happy to see cousins on both sides and their babies. For New Year's, we continued with our tradition of eating noodles for long life and round fruits for abundance and prosperity.

The Kentucky Pavia's had a wonderful holiday season filled with family, friends, Christ and a little Santa. We are thankful to celebrate with all of our family including Aunt Mickey and her boyfriend Jake from Oregon. Topping off the holidays with mama nona's 90th birthday party in Cleveland was perfect!!!!!

Davis and Mario are playing indoor soccer which they love. Mike and Christie are enjoying work and constant family adventures! Happy new year to everyone!!!!! Love you!!!!

Janet & Tim:  Janet started off the holiday season with a visit to sunny warm Florida to spend time with the Kuhn family and welcome my new granddaughter, Tina. I enjoyed every moment of fun and laughter.
We enjoyed a wonderful visit from Steve and Nicole. Janice and CJ rolled out the red carpet for a spectacular Christmas Day gathering.
New Year’s Eve was a quiet, warm, cozy evening at home sweet home.
Unfortunately Janet fell on concrete, full speed ahead while power walking and fractured my knee cap, ouch! Thanks to Adams and his recommendation of truly tasteless Neocell collagen it is healing rapidly. Thank you Adams!!!!!!
Best wishes for a happy healthy new year to all.

The Kuhn’s have enjoyed an eventful holiday season. We welcomed Tina Erin into our family. Three littles are keeping us very busy and extremely entertained. The boys love their little sister. We have found some new hobbies this winter. Timmy and Tony love playing with real LEGO’s and we have had some epic building competitions. Donny organized his garage and is building a workbench. Michelle started collecting Rae Dunn items for the home. Baby Tina enjoys being adorable.
We missed Ohio family this Christmas season but enjoyed relaxing (WWE style) here in sunny Florida. We are excited to meet all of our new baby girl cousins this year. Happy 2019!

Little Nina loves to vacuum and the vacuum actually works!!

Tina’s thoughts on photos.
I think she looks like baby Michelle in this photo.

The Hummels
Steve and I visited Cleveland this Christmas and we had a wonderful time catching up with family and friends. We are excited to welcome Tina and Margot to the family and we can’t wait to meet them. Steve and I are still slackers and we did not send out Christmas cards this year. Maybe 2019 will be our year. Baby Hummel is due May 1st and we spent some time this month setting up her nursery. Happy New Year to all!

It's been a good past few months on the Evelyn/Adams front. We got engaged, which is super awesome! And Adams is way closer to starting two of his own brands of vitamins with some partners (woooo), both launching right after the wedding. Looking for sensory testers for one, so let us know if you want to be one!! (Basically it's like emergen-c, only way mo betta). Also ski season is back so we also love that.

The Bohlens were full steam ahead through the holidays.  We celebrated Bobby's birthday (Jacque rocks at making ice cream cakes!) in late October and visited Jacque's parents in AZ in early November.  Good friends and Bobby's cousin Emily were with us for Thanksgiving, and Bobby's sister and nephew and good friend Andrew visited us after Christmas. We're hunkering down in the cold weather (no snow yet this season, but we're hoping for at least one good storm) and dealing with muddy paws as best we can.  Jacque has been vacuuming with a Nina-esque ferocity.  Much love to everyone!

Joe & Corrine:
The fourth quarter kept us close to home. Weather wise it is our best time of the year.
In October Connor visited us. He brought his parents with him. We played then played more. We enjoyed several outdoor, fireside dinners. We do not have any pics but Jacque might. In November Adams and Evelyn visited. We went to a play and were brought up to date on the wedding plans. December was solid parties. Three black tie parties (New Year's Eve pic included), the actors guild Christmas party, 2 Christmas caroling parties, a dinner party and a couple cocktail parties. Like I have always say, "living here is like going back to school, except you have money". Hope everyone had a terrific Christmas and New Year.
Joe & Corrine
